Our Terms & Policies

At Sidhartha Manali, our terms and policies are designed to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all our guests. We prioritize your privacy, safety, and satisfaction. Our booking, cancellation, and check-in policies are transparent, offering flexibility while maintaining fairness. Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these policies before making a reservation to ensure a smooth stay. Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. All bookings are confirmed against advance payment.
  2. Kindly deposit atleast 50% payment before 72 hours of check in, otherwise the hotel has right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
  3. All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation. 
  4. Cancellation are not accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.
  5. Guests are required to furnish an identity proof at the time of check in like passport, Driving license, voter or Aadhar card.
  6. Guest are advised to keep the age proof of children who are below 5yrs, as hotel may ask for the same. if the child seems older. If the guest is unable to produce any proof of age, then the hotel has right to charge for meals for the child. 
  7. As a courtesy to fellow guests, we do not allow drivers to stay in the hotel. The hotel has no provision for their stay and meals. However should you need alternative accommodation, we will gladly help you out. 
  8. If in a rare case, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver the requested accommodation, you will be offered an alternate accommodation or a full refund. 
  9. Length of stay can be extended or a Pro-rate basis subject to availability of rooms

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 15 days to check in : No cancellation Charges.
  • Cancellation within 07 days to check in : 1 Night cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation with 02 days to check in : 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
